• All returns must be authorized and requested within 30 days of the original sales receipt. After authorization, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging within 10 business days.

• We cannot accept returns on used or installed product under any circumstances.

• All returns / exchanges of Thrasher products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs; Thrasher will not refund or credit these costs.

• Upon inspection of the returned item(s), the customer may be issued credit to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) in question. No refund checks will be issued.

• Product exchanges because of defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise can be made, but your replacement will not be shipped until we have received and inspected the item(s) in question.

• For product other than the Thrasher product lines, exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the original manufacturer’s return and warranty guidelines.

• We cannot warranty or reimburse customers for installation or labor costs on any of the products that Thrasher offers. You are responsible for all installation or labor fees. If a third party has installed a product incorrectly, you will need to handle the issue with your installer.
